1. The foundation brings its performance within the scope of its financial possibilities, the available means and in consideration of the education of appropriate reserves for the safety device of their long-term obligations.

The foundation can use and invest its foundation capital in a starting phase for the needs’ clarification and publicising of the foundation purpose.

2. The foundation can bring payments in cash or payments in kind or active assistance. There does not exist any legal claim of a performance of the foundation. The council of the foundation decides on requests at its free discretion.

3. The foundation council plans the activities of the foundation upon the request of the sport commission.

4. The foundation as independent institution evaluates and promotes talent in equestrian sports and will so guarantee the new generation.

Thesis:
The foundation as independent and non profit-generating institution evaluates and promotes all over in Switzerland the young talents in the equestrian sports and will so guarantee the new generation.

Through the relation with horses, training and attitude as a sportsman, character and with respect towards the horses.

Through a good infrastructure and high professionalism.

• Support in general the promotion of the new generation.
• Support concrete projects for the promotion of the new generation
• Conclude sponsor contracts with the foundation
• Take a seat and influence in the patronage committee of the foundation
